We must admit, it has been quite some time coming! Circa 2008 - right around the great crash of the global markets, Sambaash was founded. Right in the midst of the chaotic market conditions. Generally, chaos seems to be troublesome; but there is a great order contained within itself when observed with the right perspective and intensity. Chaos brings forth transformation - to markets, economy, people, business, and of course to the entire universe too!
Well, the journey of Sambaash started 12 years ago on 9th Oct 2008, with the vision of bringing meaning to conversations within & around businesses - enabling meaningful conversations. We didn’t know how the journey would unfold but we did have the determination and passion for it. And here we are after 12 years. _/\_
Trivia: Wow!! We have lasted a little more than a solar cycle (which is approximately 11.6 years) and the Sun's magnetic field has completely flipped since we were founded!
Oh boy!! What a journey it has been for us - going through twists and turns and through multiple business pivots - centering on our vision with the mission being adapted suitably as we went from being a Social Media platform for business (which helped societies and foundations to develop communities by harnessing conversations), onto helping these communities and other biz organizations to harness the conversions & connections through event marketing and monetization by pivoting into a platform for Event Management. We gained invaluable experience with online (digital & social media) marketing techniques, insights, and analytics through customer adoption.
The evolution from an early-stage startup to starting our journey of providing customer-centric digital transformation solutions to address the woes of Marketing and Sales for businesses was a great transformation in itself. And this indeed led us to set our foot in the realm of transforming education institutions - an EdTech enabler for the Future of Learning. A mission with a powerful purpose - to transform the education eco-system and impart a lasting impact on life-long learning and learners - from high-school students to university graduates to workplace learners. Truly enabling meaningful conversations!!
